A Finnish sauna at 80 to 90°C, a cold plunge at 3 to 6°C, a private shower and changing space. Yours for the hour, solo or for two.

Your price is guaranteed for 12 months from opening day. Once they're taken, that's it.

Every session is an appointment, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Pick a suite or a room and a time; it's yours, nobody else's.

Arrive
Straight into your own suite or treatment room: private changing, private shower, towels waiting. A short health questionnaire the first time.

Do the rounds
Three rounds of hot and cold, 15–20 min under the light, an hour in the chamber. Or one of them. There's no wrong order; we'll suggest one.

Come back
Consistency is the whole point. A membership makes a weekly session the obvious thing to do, and Flex lets the mix change month to month.

What makes it private?
You book a suite or a room, not a slot in a shared space. The sauna and cold plunge suite has its own shower, changing space and cool-down area, and nobody else is in it. There are no communal changing rooms anywhere in the club.
Do I have to be a member?
No. Every session can be booked on its own, solo or for two in the suite. Memberships bring the price down if you come regularly, and Flex lets you mix the pillars month to month.

Is it safe? Who shouldn't use it?
Sauna, cold plunge, red light and hyperbaric oxygen each have their own guidance; you'll complete a short health questionnaire before your first session. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, or recent surgery, speak to your GP first. Full guidance is on the terms page.
